We value your privacy and want you to feel completely safe using eLightBulbs.com. All information entered while placing an order with eLightBulbs is kept completely private and is never sold or given to a third party. E-Mail addresses are NEVER sold or given to any third party -- we only use them for contacting you ourselves. All transactions through eLightBulbs are processed through a SECURE SERVER.

eLightBulbs will accept returns for regular stock items unless your item was priced over $50.00 each. Valid refunds will be issued to the original method of payment when possible and may be subject to a restocking fee of 25%. The maximum time frame for accepting returns is 30 days from the day the order was shipped out from our warehouse. The arrangement and cost for returning items to eLightBulbs is the responsibility of the customer, and the returned order must have an eLightBulbs RGA # before being sent back to us. Shipping fees are non-refundable on non-defective returns.

Any defective product(s) must be reported within 5 days of receiving the order. If you receive your product and it is broken or does not function as it should, eLightBulbs will replace the product(s) at no charge.

We will not be responsible for breakage of light bulbs shipped outside of the US/Canada.

Our goal is a 100% error free site. If pricing errors are discovered they will be promptly corrected and the accurate price will apply. We will notify you if the items you ordered were incorrectly priced.
