I had a difficult decision between rating this 'fair' or 'poor'. I ordered this product only because it was a promotional item at the time I was ordering other products, but when it arrived, only two of the four docks on the charging station worked. The company was very prompt and courteous about sending me a replacement charger. The docks *seem* to all work on this replacement one, but the green lights don't light up to indicate a full charge, so I'm not sure. Great company; not so great product. But, I don't think this product is at all representative of the company because I have been very satisfied with everything else I have purchased from them.
